In this Refund and Return Policy, capitalised terms have the definitions as set out in the General Terms and Conditions.
- Product returns and warranties
- If You believe that any of the Products You receive within a part of your Order is faulty or materially different from the Product as displayed on Our Site, You must let us know on picked up or receipt of delivery of Order. If We determine in Our reasonable discretion that the Product You received is faulty or materially different from the Product as displayed on our Site, We may elect to replace Your Product with another similar Product or provide you with a refund, determined at Our sole discretion.
- We are not required to provide You with a refund, replacement or store credit for the Products or a Product if You change your mind, found a cheaper product similar to the Product elsewhere or decided You had no use for the Product.
- If You are a ‘consumer’ as defined in the Australian Consumer Law, nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, limits or modifies Your rights or remedies against Us for failure of a statutory guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Acknowledgement
- You acknowledge and warrant that You will store the Products in accordance with the standards set by Australian food safety and storage guidelines and indemnify Us against and from any and all losses, claims, damages, liabilities or expenses, including without limitation, legal fees and expenses, incurred by Us as a result of or arising out of the breach of the warranty under this Clause 2.
- You acknowledge that pictures of Products shown on the Site are for illustration purposes only and may vary from the Products You receive and We reserve the right to replace or substitute any part of the Product at our reasonable discretion.
